CONSTRUCTION
The construction of the Rozeta Resort & Residence complex is divided into five key phases. The first phase included obtaining a building permit and fulfilling legal regulations. The second phase included planning and preparation of the terrain, followed by the phase of foundational infrastructure. In the current, fourth phase, the residential part is to be built, while the fifth phase will include finishing works and interior decoration. For you to be up to date at all times, we will regularly inform you about any further progress through our communication channels.
